dc.description.abstract This study is focused mainly on identifying the impact of lead time reduction the operational performance. This study has included furniture industry of Rawalpindi and Islamabad and targeted the stakeholders of furniture companies of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. It has been found that Independent Variable (Lead Time Reduction) have significant positive impact on the Dependent Variable (Operational Performance). Research instrument used within this study for the collection of data from respondents has been the structured questionnaire. Various statistical instruments that are used primarily to analyze the relationship between these variables includes descriptive frequencies,reliability, correlation, regression, ANOVA, coefficient etc. The results interpreted through correlation, regression, level of significance, SPSS software has shown the significant impact that lead time reduction has on influencing the operational performance. The findings have proved that lead time reduction has a high significance influencing operational performance within furniture industry of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. en_US
