dc.description.abstract Presently, in the manifestation of high competitive business environment supply chain management plays a dynamic role in context of any, firms. The concept of supply chain management is not new for management to process their products or services to meet consumer's standards or provide quality of life. Supply chain management practices are normally used in context to effectively managing and controlling flow of goods and services for increase high competition in market. The chief purpose of supply chain management is to fulfilled consumer's obligations. The domain for measuring supply chain management is wide and complex in environment. Supply chain management is acknowledged as a part of marketing channels and plays a proactive role in our society or community. This supply chain is being expanded that lead towards risk management and sustainability also. Supply chain management is help in order to ensure or to deal with ethics problems, visibility, internal integration, transparency, talent management, and human capital. This research work is typically designed and developed under the strong consideration to measure facilities, inventory, transportation and distribution that lead towards supply chain management. Type of this research study is quantitative in environment. SPSS software is used for data entry, data processing and extracted required outcomes related to study. Finding of this investigation is associated with respect to well perform operational functional activities related to supply chain management and its key components are positively working in different firms of Pakistan to meet consumer's requirements. en_US
