dc.description.abstract Now a day's every organization want to increase their creativity, productivity, performance, sales, revenue to compete their competitors which can be only possible when an organization have an ability to engage their potentials in different activities promoting their interactions with their followers. Furthermore, employees found to be more creative are always self motivated to step forward for improving his or her and organizational well being. Employees having more leadership aspiration are also willing to exert their maximum energy for the welfare and want to spend more time in an organization. Employees are motivated, loyal and perform their tasks more efficiently when they have more organizational identification. Therefore, many successful organizations and educational institutions have taken important initiatives for the retention of their workforce by enhancing their communal orientation and organizational identification. From the results it has been concluded that there is a great impact and relationship of communal orientation and organizational identification with the leadership aspiration. Further it is also identified from the primary data analysis of this study that the leadership aspiration can be best enhanced when there is a stronger communal orientation of faculty members. Moreover, it is also identified that the organizational identification has a significant moderating effect on the leadership aspiration. As when the employees are more productive they are able to serve their energy for an organization which interns increases the overall performance and productivity of an organization. The sample size of the study was also very low and the data has been collected from only two cities therefore these limitations must be remove in future studies. en_US
