Abstract:
The objective of the study was that supply chain management practices (inventory management, supplier relationship management, customer relationship management, and information sharing) affect the performance of SMEs within ceramic retail stores of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. This research study is considered inventory management, customer relationship management, supplier relationship management, and information sharing as independent variables and SMEs performance as dependent variable. This study is performed on the ceramic retail stores of Rawalpindi and Islamabad, as employees of ceramic retail stores has been the population of this study. A sample of 180 respondents has been finalized to represent the entire population. During the study, data has been collected through a structured questionnaire which was based on 5 Likert scale. The questionnaire was distributed amongst the ceramic retail stores of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. The data was analyzed through correlation and regression model by using SPSS Software. The study concludes that supply chain management practices (inventory management, customer relationship management, supplier relationship management, and information sharing) have a positive impact over the performance of SMEs within ceramic retail stores of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
