Abstract:
Today, Work-life balance is considered to be a major issue in Pakistan these days, due to the change in demographics, technology, living style and education level of people. Abundant of people are joining the organizations due to the increase in their education level. Organizations tend to have diversity in work-force so that this factor can help them to be more productive and creative at work thereby giving chances to minorities and women to join the organizations. People have different values in relation to their different cultures that organizations need to understand and this factor has made the work-life balance more important. The main purpose of this investigation is associated with respect to work life balance has been researched with having the positive effects and relationship with job satisfaction, use the sources of work-life balance and "organizational commitment" Work-life balance and "employee retention" but no study has been done on the effect of work-life balance onjob performance in call centres working in Pakistan. Type of this research is quantitative in atmosphere. This research work is typically designed by using the concept of work life balance, uses the sources of time management to reduce employee stress and promotes the concept of change and technology management that lead towards job performance. Simple random sampling method is used for data collection and limit of sample size is 180 respondents working in different areas of Call Center of Pakistan. SPSS software is used for data processing, data analysing and required data outcome to examining control the effect of work life balance and job performance in the area of call centers of Pakistan. The outcome of this investigation is associated with employee job performance that is directly linked with the sources of work life balance. Management of call centers should spend huge amount of investment in the area of training and development program for developing employee's skills and abilities according to their company products or services to meet consumer's obligations.
