dc.description.abstract Observer Based Advertisement (OBA) is an innovative and smarter way to display the commercials or ads. As most of the advertisement now a days are not means of concern to the people and majority of advertisement is ignored throughout the globe. Thus making it a loss for many advertisement companies as they could not be able to reach concerned market. It creates an interactive environment and provides benefits to both customer and companies. In this report, we propose and develop an OBA system that controls the advertisements considering crowed behavior. There are two main modules of our proposed system, (1) gender detection and (2) age verification . Firstly, we group the people into different classes based on their gender and then we further classify them based on their age. Based on this classification, we select the appropriate ads which will perfectly suit their needs. Simulation results demonstrate that our proposed system outperforms the existing schemes in terms of accuracy, reliability and efficiency. Several procedures are performed to achieve our goal. en_US
