dc.description.abstract Purpose:The study is based on the effect of invention of supply chain on its factors and organizational functioning. For exploration and analysis in this area of research, a theoretical framework has been made to explain the connotation within the variables. The independent variables taken into account are Supply Chain Innovation, which explains its impact on the dependent variables, namely Supplier Cooperation, Supply Chain Efficiency and Quality Management Practices. Then, these variables explain their impact on organizational performance. On the base of the framework, the data was gathered on the questionnaires developed, and then they were carefully reviewed and processed by SPSS. Approach:A self-completion questionnaire was designed and data was collected from different textile companies within the vicinity of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. A total of 200 questionnaires were sent to the companies out of which (85) respondents fill out the questionnaires and returned. The respondents were employees from different departments of the textile companies. Statistical techniques like frequency tables, descriptive statistics, correlation coefficient and linear regression were used to analyze the data. Findings:The results of the study explain that supply chain innovation has a very strong impact on its factors and they have a positive impact on the organizational performance. It states that textile firms should work on innovation in the supply chain and its factors in order to increase organizational performance. Like any other research, the research has limitations due to limited available resources, which were mentioned at the end of the research, and recommendations and guidance were also given regarding future research based on the results of the research conclusions of the study. en_US
