Training and development programs are fundamental for enhancing the abilities and effectiveness of employees. Along these lines, the present examination researched the effect of training and development programs on employees by taking KFC. KFC is a main cheap food eatery with in excess of 21,000 outlets in the world and 81 outlets in Pakistan. KFC Pakistan is separated into 3 regions; north, south and central. As my research is on KFC north which contain 629 employees on whole. Be that as it may, poor workplace, absence of inspiration, and some different components made issues in KFC.
