dc.description.abstract Purpose: The purpose of this research is to study the impact of In-store Logistics Performance on Consumers of Supermarkets in Pakistan. For the exploration and the analysis on this area of the research we have developed a theoretical framework which explains the relationship between the variables, the independent variables that we have taken into consideration under in-store logistics performance are store layout, on-shelf availability and the study highlights and explains their impact on one dependent variable i.e. customer satisfaction. Methodology: The research follows a quantitative research and non-probability convenience sampling. The sample size for this research includes 100 respondents. The data analysis has been carried out through SPSS and techniques used for purpose of analysis are Descriptive Analysis, Correlation, Regression, ANOVA, Coefficients. Findings: The findings and results of the study explain that there is a very strong impact of the independent variables, on-shelf availability and store layout, on the dependent variable, customer satisfaction, and the supermarkets should work on their in-store logistics in order to have better customer satisfaction and loyalty towards their stores. Conclusion: Just like any other research, there are limitations to the research because of the limitation of the resources available which have been mentioned in at the end of the research and there are also recommendations and directions given regarding the future research based on findings and the conclusions to the study. en_US
