dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study is to research the consequences of organizational change on employee overall performance and employee resistance. The cross sectional surveys were conducted in the employees of PT CL. Within the sample size of 200 and different demographics were included. We used SPSS software to find the results we run regression, correlation and different others. Our empirical study is based on an organization operating in a developing economy, and was in enormous pressure from external environment or conditions and internal problems and made it very important to go for a major change initiative for its existence in highly competitive business conditions. The organization under the whole study has initiated a major change program, this change brought up impressive results but highly resisted by the employees it also brought some negative results which were opposite to demands. The results of the study show the positive results of organizational change on employee resistance and negative results on employee performance as well in Pakistan telecommunication company limited. en_US
