dc.description.abstract Today, in the occurrence of high competitive business environment, leadership styles play an active role to effectively run banking operations in market. The main process of leadership is accompanying with respect to an ongoing process that use to impact on different subordinates that use to encourage to approach certain objectives that are specified with expected as well as another concerning group for maintaining a sustainable competitive advantage in a proactive manner. Leadership styles are normally used to increase the morale, motivation, and performance level of the individuals with respect to mechanism respectively. This use to involve individuals links for determining the collective organization; working as a role model for the followers by inspiring them, performing in challenging atmosphere, and properly understanding the followers by working with the leaders and aligning the objectives by increasing performance level strategically. Type of this research study is quantitative in environment. Primary source of data is use for data collection. Simple random sampling technique is used for data collection. Based on the analysis and calculation it is analysed that around about the sample size of 211 is selected. However the following banks is to be considered for the data collection and the core employees that are working on the parameters basic is to be targeted. These banks are Allied Bank Limited, Habib Bank Limited, MCB Bank Limited, National Bank of Pakistan and United Bank Limited in state. SPSS software is use for data process and analysing to known the real importance of variables and its impact on organizational justice. The finding of this investigation is associated with respect to examining leadership styles implemented in banking sector of Pakistan that directly impact on employees performance by using organizational justice model en_US
