dc.description.abstract Watson Engineering services is a company that deals in Plastic pipes and fittings, the major work is relayed on the labors working in the organization. Training are conducted of labor for the machinery used for jointing and cutting pipes etc. The company has noticed that when they advertise a new job in a newspaper or distribute pamphlets for the job, majority of deaf and hard of hearing candidates apply for the job but they get rejected just because the current training program is not suitable for the deaf and hard of hearing candidates. The company is losing a very big pool of candidates. So the project is aimed at designing a new training program for the organization which is suitable specially for the deaf and hard of hearing people. There are some major advantages of this new program such as achieving a competitive edge, financial benefits as well as marketing benefits for the organization. We have conducted a survey of candidates who have applied for the job of jointing machine operators in the company and analysis their needs and job description has been used to develop and design the training program accordingly. en_US
