dc.description.abstract This study examined the relationship between supervisor support and organizational commitment. Additionally mediating role of work life balance was also examined. This research is quantitative and convenience sampling technique was used to collect data from 212 respondents from construction related manufacturing firms using structured questionnaires. Data was analyzed using SPSS and hypothesis were tested using correlation and regression analysis. It was found that organizational support was positively affected by supervisor support and work life balance which were found consistent to previous findings. Limitations and future recommendations of study are explained in later part en_US
