dc.description.abstract Currently, in the manifestation of high competitive business environment, employees play a dynamic role for completing organisational goals. Businesses success is highly dependent upon employee's performance and their positive contributions. This is the key reasons that mostly business or company success is positively associated with respect to positive contribution of employees, used their effective decision making powers and positive attitude, skills and abilities that are dealing directly with consumers and management to accomplish goals. Manager is responsible for helping their working employees to better identify their development needs, work in order to ensure by providing positive reinforcement and use the model ofre-directive feedback model. Inside the organizations, the human resource needs to practically implement different training sessions that help their employees to work continuously and motivated so that they can contribute in a positive manner and help the organization by competitively dealing with the customers and gaining maximum market share. Type of this research methodology is quantitative in environment. This research work is typically designed by using the term or concept of rewards, working environment, training and motivation that lead towards increase employee's performance. SPSS software is used for data processing, data analysing and required data outcome according to job satisfaction with respect to employee's motivation and performance. Finding of this investigation is based on distribution of rewards to improve overall employee motivation level and management should also provide training and development programs for high competition in market. These training and development programs are related to increase employees learning outcome and improve their overall decision making powers to deliver positive contribution to society. en_US
