dc.description.abstract The research paper studied the relationship between authentic leadership and employee satisfaction. Furthermore, it checked the mediating effect of organizational commitment on the given relationship. The study was cross-sectional in nature. The sample size was 271. The results supported the given hypothesis when tested the relationships of authentic leadership and organizational commitment with job satisfaction whereas rejected when organizational commitment tested as mediating variable. The study give rise to newer research areas such as testing the same hypothesis in different cultural setting and at a broader level with more sample SIze. en_US
