Abstract:
This research study encapsulates various aspects of a learning organization, what it takes to be one, what future discourse shall organizations adopt to be one. In a nutshell, initially the purpose of carrying out this research is explained. This is followed by a detailed description of various similar research studies carried out on learning organization explaining various nuances of a learning organization. Further down, research analysis of how and to what extent four factors affect a learning organization's effectiveness is carried out. Analysis of the data compiled helps comprehend the impact of the four factors on the effectiveness of the learning organization. Lastly, the topic is concluded by drawing implications for manager, discussing the limitations and restrictions of this research study and by chalking out a future road map for researchers to adopt for this topic
