dc.description.abstract This study is an attempt to investigate the impact of supply chain management practices on operational performance of sports goods industry Sialkot. Five supply chain management practices were selected including top management support, customer focus, supplier management, information sharing and process control & improvement. A survey was conducted in the relevant sports goods industry Sialkot wherein 180 questionnaires were filled and then analyzed based on regression analysis. Findings support that information sharing, customer focus, supplier management, top management support and process control & improvement have significant positive impact on operational performance of sports goods companies. It is therefore sports goods companies must have adopted the practices of information sharing, customer focus, top management support, supplier management, process control and improvement in order to enhance the operational performance. en_US
