dc.description.abstract This study is focused mainly on identifying the impact of supply chain dimensions (cooperation, communication, dependence, and trust amongst supply chain members) on the customer satisfaction. This study has included manufacturing industries and targeted the stakeholders of supply chain of manufacturing companies. It has been found that Independent Variables (cooperation, communication, dependence, and trust amongst supply chain members) have significant impact on Dependent Variable (customer satisfaction). Various statistical instruments that are used primarily to analyze the relationship between these variables includes mean, standard deviation, correlation, regression etc. The results interpreted through correlation, percentage of impact, level of significance, SPSS software has shown the significant impact that supply chain dimensions represented by cooperation, communication, dependence, and trust amongst supply chain members, have on influencing the customer satisfaction. The findings have proved that each aspect of supply chain dimensions proves highly significant in influencing customer satisfaction. en_US
