Abstract:
The main aim of this study is to examine “The Impact of Leadership Styles i.e. transformation leadership and Paternalistic leadership on the Innovation (product and process) in the Telecom Sector of Pakistan with the Mediating Effect of Knowledge Sharing”. This research examine model in the cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi with the population size of 200 employees working in the companies ( Jazz, Ufone, Zong, Telenor) and SPSS is used for data analysis. Multiple regression, Pearson’s correlation and Mediation analysis are used to develop and interpret research hypothesis. Results reveal that transformation and paternalistic leadership mutually has a positive influence on the Innovation (product and process) and in addition sharing the knowledge mediates the link between transformation leadership and paternalistic leadership. In between transformation leadership and Innovation (product and process) knowledge sharing norms significant transformation leadership that mediate the relationship but exhibit a partial mediating effect between paternalistic and Innovation (product and process).
