dc.description.abstract Determining the demand forecast and delivery time management is one of the most serious issues in the wholesale and warehouse industry as innovation is progressing after some time. Order Delivery time and demand forecasting are very tough to get the right figures about actual results because they both are unpredictable. Order delivery time variations and demand variation are uncontrollable and could not be forecast totally yet must be decreased as far as possible which influences the execution of inventory network. It is basic for firms to decrease order delivery time and demand variation through viable administration methodologies to build inventory network execution and supply chain performance. Both, Order Delivery time and demand variation assume crucial job in production network execution. Consequently, this examination depends on the effect of order delivery time and demand variation on supply chain network in warehouse and wholesale of Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Test chose from the objective territory of Islamabad/Rawalpindi and information gathered through overview poll which included statistic questions and questions in regards to the autonomous factors which incorporate Order Delivery time the executive practices and demand variation the board practices dependent variable incorporates inventory network execution and supply chain performance . Results found through actualizing examination that Order Delivery time the executives practices and demand variation the executives rehearses has critical impact over inventory network execution and supply chain performance. Order Delivery time and demand variations are one of the basic components of supply chain management and as results shows both are correlated and have significant importance on the supply chain network which is very important to the smooth execution of an industry.
