Abstract

Current studies have been carried out to measure the significance, relationship eject! of cost strategy, quality strategy and delivery strategy on lean supply chain strategy, The foundation for this research work was to study the impact of cost strategy. quality strategy and delivery strategy on lean supply chain strategy in small scale manufacturing businesses at Hattar Industrial area, Haripur KJ>K,Pakistan The data W(fS collected from the 282) stakeholders/employees (J 22 small scale manufacturing) involved in different decisions making in respect of supply chain management of subiec; segment, Results indicate that there is a strong positive and significant relationship between cost strategy, quality strategy and delivery strategy on lean supply chain strategy. The study thus enables the decision makers to determine the novel priorities in handling the effect of factors effecting the lean supply chain strategies,
