dc.description.abstract The influence that Effective communication has on quality and time has been approved by many researchers. Whereas, little research studied the effect that it has on quality of work completed and timely finishing of activities. The study considered these variables of Quality and Time along with few control variables and studied how effective communication influences them in Telecommunication projects being carried out in Islamabad, Pakistan. A quantitative research was conducted with various statistical tests to develop conclusions of the research .The research discovered the variables under study to be strongly correlated and highly significant indicating the strong relationship between the variables. The research concluded that Effective communication has a dire effect on quality work done and can impact delivery of project activities in a positive or negative manner. The study also provides pragmatic evidence for the need for betterment of communications in projects in order to resolve quality and time constraints. en_US
