Impact of communication, trust and groupthink On stakeholders management

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the impact of communication, trust and groupthink on stakeholder’s management. Literature of this study unfolds that stakeholder’s management is an extremely significant and responsive area which requires to be addressed by the companies, particularly companies which are involved in construction business as they are in chase of achieving effective outcomes for every project they have been working on. So, in order to manage these people efficiently, organizations use different factors to improve the efficiency of these teams. This study focuses to address some of the key factors which are considered to be significant for any organization to improve the stakeholder’s management. These keys factors include Communication, Trust and Group think which are part of this study to examine their impact on stakeholder’s management. Following a focused literature review, learning from different researches were used to identify hypotheses. Next, a theoretical framework was developed on its basis and all of the hypotheses were tested via deductive approach and applied research methodology. As, this study has a descriptive research design, the propositions were tested through quantitative method of data collection.
