| dc.description.abstract | Purpose- The main purpose of the entire paper is to check if the usage of agile methodology has any impact on the overall project success of a company keeping project complexity as a mediating variable Sample size- 123 individuals responded to the provided questionnaires. Design/Methodology/Approach: The base of the research was quantitative where respondents were selected on the basis of individuals working in project based organizations. The results that are obtained from the study are taken in to critical consideration for deriving conclusions where the respondents are situated in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Findings- On the basis of the results we can get to a conclusion that the project success is influenced by the usage of agile methodology with the mediation of project complexity. Limitations- The research was composed on 123 respondents which could have been more, while the research could have been nationwide as well. In addition to that time constraint was another notable limitation Originality- The entire paper is based on the research that has been conducted on pure originality. However, the introduction of the research paper is intermingling of originality and journal based data while the literature is completely based on previously conducted researches. All the secondary data is properly quoted with references. | en_US |
