Abstract:
Purpose of the Study: Leadership style is considered to be the only factor that can positively the organizational learning and organizational innovation of the firm and also toimpact on analyze at what extend it impact on the organizational learning capability and on its innovation.
Therefore, the core purpose of the research is to analyze the two leadership style of the
leadership-Transformational leadership and Transactional leadership.
Methodology: The study is an exploratory research. In this paper, a deductive approach is used
for the study, as objective of the study is to test the already established test. The research has
been conducted through the survey methodology in order to understand and conceptualize the
and effect among the variables. Furthermore, the study is Quantitative in nature. The data
collection was done through the primary sources and the method adopted to conduct this research
the survey approach. In order to collect data, the questionnaire has been adopted from The
Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire and 350 responses had been collected through the

Findings: All the hypotheses were statistically proved and studies in depth. The conceptual
framework is noteworthy, the items that undertook in considerations were reliable and all
identified results are consistent with the proposed hypotheses which proven the acceptance of the
mentioned hypotheses.
Implications: This study has analyzed the impact of leadership style, organizational learning and
organizational innovation. The research has several implications for both the academics,
cooperate world and an aspect of individual’s life. The organizations can analyze the leadership organizational learning and its innovation. The leaders canpractices that will influence on
introduce the distinctive organizational learning activities, arrange counseling sessions for
employees, and empower them that will greatly affect the organizational innovation.
