dc.description.abstract Objective: To investigate the impact work environment creates on the performance of employee and also discuss the factors that influence employee performance Methodology: For determining the relationship between working condition and employee performance, the data have been collected through a questionnaire from 78 employees working in Feroze textiles. Statistical results is being used to describe the employee performance and working conditions (j°b resources, incentives, ambiance, and supervisor support), for this purpose some dummy variable are used as the data is qualitative and the statistical results are gathered with respect to designation and gender and highly admits that working condition has a impact on employee performance. Conclusion: Results indicate that job aid and supervisor support have a great impact on employee performance. Ambiance and Incentives in textile industry are not attractive as most of the employee shows neutral results when asked about their satisfaction. Recommendation: The management should improve the availability of job aid to improve employee performance. The management has to improve supervisory support through training of supervisory support. Limitations: The data used in the research is collected from only 78 employees; larger data will enhance the significance of the results. There are a lot of other variables which can be tested in order to evaluate the impact of working condition on employee performances en_US
