Abstract:
This research paper aims in the investigation of the relationship between the clarity of E- HRM goals, User satisfaction, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use, social influence, user support and facilitating conditions with the attitude towards electronic human management technology (E-HRM). A survey was conducted via questionnaire inresource order to acquire data from 311 respondents. Results have indicated that all the variables have an excellent and significant relationship. This research paper also highlights the future research that can be conducted on this unique topic.
