dc.description.abstract The aim of this study is to determine how Employee Job Performance can be influenced by the Organizational Controls. In the research understudy, we have considered studying the Pakistani Service Industry for this purpose. Employees, working in the service companies the target audience. The objectives that have been proposed for this particular study are to: study in detail, the concept of different forms of control systems and to analyze that to what extent output, process and normative control is influencing Employee Job Performance. en_US
