Abstract:
Purpose:
The purpose of this study to find the effect of soft skills acquisition and “time space
learning” training methodology adoption on employee performance. The mainly focus on
redirect the training methodology and acquisition of soft skills and lasting improvement in
employee performance.
Methodology:
This casual study is based on quantitative data collected through close ended questionnaire.
The sample size set was 250 out of 240 responses were filled and returned by the respondents
completely.
Findings:
Using regression analysis, this estimated the relationship between employees acquisition of
soft skills, the training methodology adoption by the learner and work performance.
Practical implications:
The results of this study to help the managers and trainers of the banking industry of the
Pakistan to make the improvement in overall performance. This study help to raise the
awareness of employers , trainer , managers , human resource managers and industrial
experts to redirect the structure of training methodology and soft skills acquisitions program,
“time space learning” application enhance learning methods and develop effective methods
of knowledge and skills transfer on real job tasks. The findings of this research study help to
bring positive attitude in employees toward their job tasks.
