Abstract:
The conventional energy sources are reducing day by day and near to end in few decades so in near future we will be in deep need of renewable energy sources and for this purpose, we must install local generations known as Distributed generations (DGs). Therefore, in the present situation we have a combination of conventional and renewable energy sources in our Micro-grids, so we need to dispatch the power economically. In every field of life, we have a main concern with the economy so electrical power systems put a major focus on economic dispatch. Before taking any step, we have to keep economy factor at top priority. In parallel to the economy, we have also some objectives to meet in our available sources. If we have an only concern with our economy, then there are some harmful effects on our environment, so we cannot compromise on our environment in consideration with the economy. As some power sources emit pollutants in the environment andcauseglobal warming and some other harmful effects, so there is an extra cost for treatment of these pollutants. So, keeping the constraints of power sources, objectives and economy, we must do power dispatch. The multi-objective dynamic economic dispatch problem related to Micro-grid isentrenched. Wind turbine (WTs), Fuel cells (FCs),Diesel engines (DEs), photovoltaic arrays (PVs), and Battery storage (BS) are main power sources of Micro-grid.
