dc.description.abstract | Purpose: This is an era in which global competition is growing day by day as well as the their level ofspeed of change, therefore, competitiveness of companies depends on adaptability and strong workforce. Hence, the intention of this research is to analyze the influence of PPC of employees (inclusive of hope, self-efficacy, resilience, and optimism) their JS and on their OCB, as well as, the effect of employees’ JS on their OCB in education on sector of Karachi. Methodology & Design: A quantitative, cross-sectional research was carried out, in which, a self-administered survey questionnaire was used to get the responses of 263 teachers of schools, colleges, and universities. Regression Analysis is used to assess the hypotheses. Findings: The results showed that the PPC of employees (except resilience) positively influence their JS and their OCB. It has also been found that employees’ JS positively influence their OCB. verified that PPC was an important performance factor that could Implications: It was improve employees’ attitudes and organization’s effectiveness. Employees with high PPC satisfaction with job, positively helped coworkers or superiors, and had high ion.
