| dc.description.abstract | Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship of workplace fun and trust within management on employee job satisfaction. This study also aims to understand the management’s role in identifying behaviors to increase employee satisfaction, to associate employee performance with engagement, to recognize the best practices and distinguish between kind of activities and their impact of performance and job satisfaction of employees. explanatory research and aMethodology & Design: This analysis will be classified cross-sectional research in light of deductive approach. This research is defined as a as an f primary data and data collecting method is survey developed to get the data required from the quantitative research which make questionnaires. Closed end questionnaires respondents. use o were workplace fun directly influence employees' job partial mediation of trust within management between work fun and Findings: The finding shows that satisfaction and there’s a workers'job satisfaction. in the workplace literature in terms of how it i satisfaction. Employees could also benefit from the perception that their workplace is fun and from enjoying fun activities at work. help to promote employees’ trust-in-management and job satisfaction, ployees do not have any prior experience participating in fun activities.
