Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship of workplace fun and trust
within management on employee job satisfaction. This study also aims to understand the
management’s role in identifying behaviors to increase employee satisfaction, to associate
employee performance with engagement, to recognize the best practices and distinguish
