dc.description.abstract PURPOSE: The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing the adoption of green practices of small and medium size enterprises of Pakistan METHODOLOGY: In this study survey method was adopted to collect the data. Web based questionnaire was used to collect the data from the SME’s easily available on the social sites. Sample size of this study was 308 and sampling technique chosen was convenience sampling. To analyze the results frequencies, regression and correlation was studied. FINDINGS: The factors affecting green practices adoption in SME’s have classified into technological, organizational and environmental factors. Results reveals that relative advantage, complexity, compatibility, organizational support, quality of human resource and government support have a positive impact on green practice adoption. So as to seek after feasible improvement, natural issues have turned out to be basic concerns everywhere throughout the world. PRACTICAL IMPLICATION: The outcome of this research is to point out the importance of factors affecting green practices adoption in SME’s en_US
