Abstract:
The study mainly deals with the two variables in order to find out the competitive advantage
in the global market. In this regards, the study mainly highlighted two variables includes
dependent and independent variables for better understanding the fact of supply chain
process. The study further shows that the proper implementation of team management
considered being beneficial in respective of understanding the organizational positioning in
the market. The flexibility and quality of products have been encountered to justify the
management process including product and performance management. The concept of two
variables including organizational performance and supply chain management has been
encountered to justify the relationship and networking distribution between them. This
research mainly concentrated upon the major key elements to improvise the manufacturing
quality of the products. The major element related to customer satisfaction has also seen to
balance the organizational chain performances. The study concludes that the competitive
advantage mainly triggered when the organization only focused on the value chain process.
The increasing cost of manufacture often leads to beneficial to collect information gathering
in respective of customers in the organization. The sample data has been measured in this
regards. Moreover, five hypothesis discussions have been mentioned on the basis of
competitive advantage on organisational performance. This has been done to bring out proper
evaluation of supply chain management of chosen company.
