| dc.description.abstract | Purpose The spectrum of the current study is to investigate and explain the relationship between Supply Chain Management practices in the organization to Supply Chain Responsiveness, and further establish its association with competitive advantage Methodology & Design The research instrument, administered through a online questionnaire gathered from the various representative of industries. The response rate was 70 %. Sample selection was done the base of convenience sampling. The methods involve in analyses were reliability test, validity test and regression analysis. on Findings The result confirmed that SCM practices have an association with organization Responsiveness; the result also deduced that SCM practices have a significant impact on Competitive advantage as well Limitations Limited response per company, Using convenience sampling through online survey, Interviews could be done in future studies Recommendations • SCM practices should be integral part of Business strategy • Organizations should encourage collaborative development with its supplier , the environment is changing but we have to bridge gap between manufacturer and supplier in Pakistan for increase competitive advantage | en_US |
