Online Event Management

Abstract

The purpose of this project is to create an Android application so that people can register different events like if someone wants to attend conference he/she can register him/herself in that particular event through our mobile application. If some event is taking place near guest location he/she will get push notification related to that event. If someone is travelling in another city he/she will get notifications of that area related to events. This application is designed to save time. The project’s main idea is to provide an environment where people can generate or register for events. It saves time for security people also because of QR code scanner system in it. Online Event Management can online generate events, people can register their as a guest and we have also included security check in our system that can be used successfully for people fragmentation. You can register for any event as a guest for that you have to set location and check if there are any events initiating. Select event, if it is free you should know the password. For payment you have to fill the following steps as needed for ticket. In this application we have also added security feature which will reduce the fake number of entries in the event. This application generates the QR code after user has successfully paid for the ticket. They will scan or read QR code image and check if the guest is registered or not. The app will also mark check-ins those who are allowed to enter in the event.
