dc.description.abstract	As we realize that the world has advanced particularly in the field of science particularly in the field of computer science, IT etc. Presently is the period of smart phones i.e. (android phones) that help people to be in connect with their loved ones, and also, they provide some extensive facilities to their users. This application is an android supported cell phones, tablets. Database is used to store informative I C no, owner address and bar code is used extract information about vehicle through bar code reader. Bar code reader is used to scan bar code and extract the information of vehicle to verify the vehicle in case of need without any hurdle without wasting time. This application is made by using Android studio tool, and Google API's.	en_US
