dc.description.abstract Purpose: the mam am of this research is to determine the usage of technology and its acceptance with respect to Information technology perspective and its impact satisfaction. The research basically exemplifies the technology acceptance model system to generate greater customer experience. ; on customer in business i Methodology: The research uses a quantitative research method having sample size of 250 respondents. The data for the research is gathered from primary sources while the method of analysis for the research is Regression and Cronbach alpha. i i I ; Findings: the findings from the research shows that, all the variables (Technology usage, ease of use, product delivery and logistic services) have positive significant impact satisfaction. This shows that, all these variables have impact on satisfaction whereas, among all product delivery and ease of use through technology has the highest impact among all. ;! i on customer :j Conclusion: In conclusion the firms operating in food industry has to review the changing trends in e-commerce and accordingly plan their investments like technology and others. The firms focus in this case would decide the better customer satisfaction level. According to the results the firms should invest in technology solution like ERP, demand planner etc. for effective results. en_US
