dc.description.abstract | Purpose: In order to remain competitive in the market, firms are forced to expand their product offerings and offer high levels of customization, bringing about high uncertainty in their supply chain. As a result, firms that face high environmental uncertainty are increasingly facing higher risks in terms of supply disruptions, production and delivery delays that ultimately result in poor operational performance. :i ■ ; Methodology & Design: Mainly there are two types of research mythology i.e. qualitative and quantitative. The scope of this research suggests that, the research design is causal therefore, the researcher is going to examine the cause and impact of one variable over the other i.e. requires a measurable result to justify the research objectives. In this regard, the quantitative research methodology would be the best fit. A sampling design aids the researcher in identification of sample size, and sampling technique. After determining the sampling deign the researcher will have the opportunity to move forward for the testing The sample population for this research is 250 employees’ including people who arepurpose, male and female. Findings: The results from the test shows that, all the research variables are significant which means that, all of them have positive impact on operational performance of the firm. Conclusion: The conclusion from the statistical test clearly identifies that, the research valid and reliable enough to carry out the research. Similarly, the results from thevariables are test shows that, all the research variables are significant which means that, all of them have positive impact on operational performance. | en_US |
