| dc.description.abstract | This research focused on examining the factor of HRM practices that impact on employee performance in the organizations of Pakistan. This research specifically focused on four independent variables: involvement, training development & education, compensation & reward and work conditions; and dependent variable: job satisfaction and effort has been made to analyze the relationship of independent variable with dependent variable respectively because all the four variables are critical human resource management and helps in developing employees. i l ' 1 i This was an explanatory research and the date was collected by the primary source with the help of questionnaire. Primary data was collected with the diverse employees from different organizations, department and demographics. The collected primary data with the sample of 311 then used to analyze the statistical tools i.e. correlation and regression. I ; i Findings have confirmed that effective implementation of human resource management policies and practices leads to employee job satisfaction and a significant correlation was found between dependent and independent variables. Also remedial measures have been suggested for further improvement of human resource management policies and practices for employee development and long term commitment with the organization. I ! The study is considered to be beneficial for the organizations, their human resource management and managers of human resource departments. It clearly indicates that how human resource management practices influence employees’ interest and dedication causing job satisfaction. | en_US |
