Abstract:
Purpose
The purpose of this research is to find out those attributes that have impact on the customer
loyalty of airline travelers of Karachi. We need to find out what attract most to the airline
travelers which makes them to switch from one airline to another airline company.
Methodology & Design
In this study the method we used was adopted to collect the data. Google Docs based
questionnaire was used to collect the data from the people who are easily available on the
social website and other social platforms. The sample size for this study was 200 and
sampling technique was chosen for sampling, to analyze the result frequency, regression, co
relation and ANOVA was studied.
Findings
A key finding from this study is, airline travelers of Karachi have strong impact of brand
strength, price and service quality on the customer loyalty. They focus on these three
variables rather than trust, but there is potential to create trust as it is a step that leads toward
customer satisfaction and loyalty. If an airline company focuses on these four variable it will
help him in has long term goal, to maximize the profit.
Limitations
• Limited numbers of target respondents as the data was collected from the airline
travelers of Karachi.
• Time Constrain, as time is a key factor for this study, more time can make us achieve
more knowledge about the topic.
• Only Karachi was select to covered area.
