dc.description.abstract Purpose: The purpose of this research is to construct a framework of those variables that are measured as determinants of employee engagement and explain deliberately the relationship of those variables on the engagement level of employee working for an organization because the engaged workforce creates a productive outcomes for the organization and for themselves. Research Methodology: This research follows the quantitative approach. The research was an explanatory in nature. The quantitative data was collected using a well-structured questionnaire. Non-probability convenience sampling technique was use as a sampling technique. The sample size of this research is 384. Data is collected from the employees working in the different working sectors of Karachi only. The study uses correlation and regression analysis to test the hypotheses in the sample of 384 respondents. Findings: The results of that study indicate that leadership, teamwork & peer support, compensation and training & development has a significant impact on the engagement level of an employee. Thus, it is disclosed that these variables are the potential determinants of employee engagement Practical Implications: The outcomes of this research will provide implications for many human management professionals, who want to improve human resource system, which stimulates the level of engagement in their employees. This study will provide the precise inquiries about the employee engagement that how it will be effect by human resource management practices. en_US
