Abstract:
Purpose
The purpose of this study was to find the relationship between the dependent and independent variables and impact of all independent variable on dependent variable supplier development. Independent variable is environmental SC, social SC and economical SC and performance review of supplier.
Methodology
Deductive approach used for this research and the research was quantitative in nature. All the result found with the help of primary data and all primary data and research tool used for gathering a data that was a questionnaire. Sample size wasl96respondents and the sampling technique used for sampling that was convenient sampling .For data analysis different test applied on data like Reliability testing, multiple regression and correlation analysis.
Findings
The results obtained through research that performance review of supplier and economical supply chain have direct impact on dependent variable supplier development and on the other hand environmental supply chain and social supply chain not directly impact on supplier development.
Limitations
This Research was conducted only in Karachi and time frame for research was limited.
Research is conducted only on the manufacturing company so still have a room for increase
the targeted population.
