dc.description.abstract Purpose: The purpose of this research is to identify the impact of supply chain practices on the performance of firms operating in Pakistan. The main aim is to check the impact of factors like Technology, inventory management, Supplier collaboration, monitoring & control over the performance of a firm. Methodology & Design: The research follows a quantitative methodology followed by explanatory research design having a sample of 200 respondents. The research gathers data from respondents through questionnaire and analyzes it by using Regression. Findings: The findings from the research shows that, there is an impact of 23% on the firm performance, however, all the variables are accepted which shows that, and all of them has some influence over the performance. Limitations: The limitations for this research study include limited number of respondents and the research is carried out majorly in the FMCG sector. Recommendations: The recommendations includes: implementationof technology tools and integration of all the departments with each other aids the firm in enhancing their performance levels. In this regard, the firms can also implement ERP system to have better controls. en_US
