Abstract:
Purpose:
The purpose of this assessment is to discover the determinants of Green HRM Practice on Employees Job Satisfaction at Avari Hotel Karachi Pakistan. The current study aimed at finding out the Impact of Green HRM Practice on employee Job Satisfaction and find out those factors due to which employee satisfaction enhances.
Methodology:
The research was an explanatory in nature. The primary quantitative data was collected using well-structured questionnaire which was adopted. Simple Random Sampling is used to approach 238 respondents from Avari Hotel Karachi. Statistical analysis Mean Pearson’s correlation (like correlation test and regression test) are used to find out the reliability n validity of data collected.
Findings:
The study has revealed that Green HRM Practice have significant impact on employees Job Satisfaction. All alternative hypotheses are accepted and null rejected. All ingredients of Green HRM Practices are helping in keeping the employees satisfied at workplace.
Practical Implications:
The results of this research are considered quite useful for management of the Avari Hotel in
understanding importance of Green HRM Practices and their impact on Employees Job
Satisfaction. In addition, the study may be used for other hotel in improving impact of their
Green HRM Practices. Organizations of other industry may also benefit from the findings of
this study.
