Abstract:
Purpose-To find the impact of TQM in FMCGs, to find how much TQM practices can
increase the revenue of an industry and how much it can increasing the profitability and
same with the reduction of industrial fat.
Methodology/sample- Basic data has been assembled through a survey in light of Likert
scale including 19 questions (Annexure 1). For sampling three FMCG companies were
selected. Questionnaires were filled by directors, senior managers and managers from three
selected FMCG companies.
Findings- Found that TQM implementation has positive effect on profitability increament,
revenue increament and fat reduction.
Practical Implications- Implementation of TQM in any organization will help the
organization to minimize the fat and increase revenue and profitability. Would also help an
organization to maintain its corporate culture that would help them to achieve the final
objective.
