dc.description.abstract This research study has performed with an objective to determine the influence of determinants of frontline health and safety behavior of employees in manufacturing industry in Karachi &to understand its role in determine of employee attitude toward safety measures. This study also aims to investigate the scope of safety measure within the industry with necessary changes that has potential to be improved within the industry. This study has adopted explanatory research approach to identify the role of risk controlling elements, monitoring and rewarding structure, leadership attributes, safety policies and fundamental guidelines along with work culture design in identification of frontline health and safety behavior in manufacturing industry in Karachi. This has also selected to identify nature and strength of relationship. The targeted population of current study is employees working in manufacturing industry in Karachi. In this context, convenience sampling technique has adopted as a sampling attribute to get desired number of responses i.e. 314 responses. This constructed hypotheses. The resultsstudy has adopted multiple regression technique to of study revealed that there is a significant and positive influence of leadership, work culture, assess safety policies and guidelines, monitoring & rewarding and risk controlling in determination of frontline health & safety behavior at 5 percent level of significance. It has also found through study that safety policies and guidelines, leadership and work culture design in determination of safety climate in manufacturing firms in Karachi. en_US
