dc.description.abstract This study is to examine the impact of Supply Chain Drivers on the Organization’s Green Initiatives in the form of Green Purchasing Initiative, Design for the Environment Initiative, and Reverse Logistics Initiative in Pakistan. In this study, my focus was mainly on identifying the impactful relationship that exist amongst Supply Chain Drivers, and Organization’s Green Initiatives (Green Purchasing Initiative, Design for the Environment Initiative, and Reverse Logistics Initiative) in Pakistan. To prove the relationship between dependent variables (Green Purchasing Initiative, Design for the Environment Initiative, and Reverse Logistics Initiative) and independent variable (Supply Chain Drivers), a structured questionnaire has been used to collect data from the officials associated with the manufacturing industry of Pakistan. Based on the data collected from the respondents through structured questionnaire, several hypothesis tests were applied. Results of those hypothesis tests have clearly indicated that there exists a positive relationship between dependent variables (Green Purchasing Initiative, Design for the Environment Initiative, and Reverse Logistics Initiative) and independent variable (Supply Chain Drivers) within the manufacturing industry of Pakistan. Some statistical instruments such as descriptive frequencies, reliability, correlation, regression, ANOVA, and coefficients were used by the researcher to conduct this study. Finally, it can be said that Supply Chain Drivers tend to have a strong positive effect on the Organization’s Green Initiatives through Green Purchasing Initiative, Design for the Environment Initiative, and Reverse Logistics Initiative within the manufacturing industry of Pakistan. en_US
