Improvement of Pakistani firm's performance and innovation through supply chain management practices

Abstract

To identifY the relationship between supply chain management practices operational performance and innovation performance of Pakistani manufacturing and services organization is main purpose of this paper. For this the framework is empirically tested. Data for the study were collected from a sample of 5 Pakistani manufacturing firms from Islamabad for test of research model equation model is used. SPSS software is used for interpretation for this paper. Regression, descriptive statistics analysis and different tests. The result shows that the supply chain management practices have direct and significant impact on organization and innovation performance of Pakistani firms . This paper shows the importance of supply chain management practices how the influence the performance of the company and it also shows the relationship between the dependent and independents variables how they are effected by each other so it will help the management to took quick decision according to the organizational structure what is the important variable which suit the specific organization in Pakistani firms. This paper also helps to developing countries where the supply chain management practices are not given importance as compare to the developed countries so it attracts the interest of the management people towards the supply chain management practices.
